Run Jump Throw is all about developing athletics-specific skills in a fun, inclusive way that encourages Kiwi kids’ to participate in athletics. This course is for coaches/parents who coach children, 6-11 year olds, this workshop will focus on upskilling club coaches and parents to give the confidence to deliver fun, age appropriate programme at club nights.
