NOTE:  If you enter, but have NOT registered with a club / CMA, you can still compete.  However, you WILL be e-mailed and charged an additional fee.

Grade 13 athletes who enter, MUST be at Secondary School this year to compete.

Schedule of Events:   PROGRAMME – 17th December 2022 (Estimate Start times)

RELAY EVENTS:
4 x 100m and Distance Medley (2x 200m, 400m & 800m or combination of based on entries)

Medley Relay Combinations / HANDICAP TIME: The aim of this relay is to give athletes a chance to have a run. If you can’t field of FULL medley team, then create your own team combination.
It could be 2x 800m or 2x 400 + 1x 800m.
All I need to know are the NAMES of the runners and an estimated TOTAL Team time.
