Athletics Canterbury Awards - Nominate an athlete
It’s that time of year again when we bring together the whole community to celebrate our successes. Apart from being yet another challenging period due to covid, again everyone in Canterbury pulled together to put on yet another successful Winter and Summer programmes.
There have been multiple highlights of many athletes, coaches and officials over that time that need to be recognised, but on top of that there are numerous talented and unsung heroes in our sport that we hope to be able to recognise at our Awards evening.

This year we will be holding our Awards evening on Wednesday 22nd June, at Gary Cockram Hyundai showroom on Durham Street, this is a date change to what was original published. We will start at 6:45pm and you’ll be able to enjoy a drink and some nibbles with your training buddies, fellow competitors, officials, and the wider athletics community.
Tickets are $20. Which you’ll be able to purchase online soon.
