NEW Covid protocols for competition at Nga Puna Wai
As you will be aware, as from the 3rd December, we enter into the new traffic light system of which Canterbury has been placed in Orange. In accordance with SportNZ and Athletics New Zealand guidelines, in order to continue to offer interclub without restrictions for the remainder of the track and field season, proof of full vaccination status is required on entry to Nga Puna Wai for those aged 12 years and 3 months or older. This policy will be in place from this Saturday 4 December.
We will continue to work with Athletics New Zealand to streamline this process, but for now everyone will need to have either a paper copy or a digital copy of your ‘My Vaccine Pass’ to enable them to be present at all interclub competitions across the Canterbury region.
